A flurry of new homes will be coming to southern Maryland, with the current phase calling for nearly 400 single-family homes and townhomes. Built by Lennar Corp., the new communities will sit in Prince George’s County at Laurel and Upper Marlboro and in Charles County at Bryans Road and Waldorf.
Deliveries will start in May, according to a company spokeswoman.
